    Solutions for Xbox One

If you are using an Xbox One, here are some solutions for you to try:

    Method 1: Reset Password

There have been multiple reports of hackers gaining access to your Xbox information and this could cause YouTube to keep signing you out. You can fix this by simply resetting and creating a new password. Whoever may have the old one will no longer be able to use your stuff, including YouTube. You should also enable two-factor authentication so this does not happen again.

    Method 2: Check Your Network

A simple fix is to check your network. Double-check your Network Address Translation and make sure it’s open. Reboot the modem and router then try to log into YouTube again.

    Method 3: Delete Your Profile

It’s a pain in the neck, but this is a fix that has worked for many Xbox One users. It’s a multi-phase step, so follow each step correctly:

    Step 1: Delete your profile

  • Find your settings
    Select storage
    Click on all devices
    Select gamer profiles
Click on the tag of the player you want to take off
    Delete
Choose delete only profile (this will delete the profile but the games and achievements stay)

    Step 2: Clear the Cache

Turn off the Xbox and close all apps
When the lights are all off, disconnect the power supply
    Wait a minimum of 30-seconds
Plug the power supply back in and turn on the Xbox

    Step 3: Recover Your Profile

Press the guide button on your controller (the big X in the center of your controller)
    Choose download profile

If you don’t see the option to download the profile, press the X to exit your profile.

    Method 4: Contact Support

If you still can’t get to the bottom of it on your issue with YouTube signing you out, contact the Xbox support team. They may be able to give you more troubleshooting tips that may get your back on YouTube for good.
