Method 1: Check the Servers

The best way to figure out whether or not the error code is an issue on your end or theirs is to check a down detection website. Sometimes they have scheduled maintenance or their servers are malfunctioning. We suggest downdetector.com. This website will tell you whether or not Roblox is down. If it is, you’ll just have to wait it out. 

Method 2: Sign Out Then Back In

When all the user accounts were hacked with a pop-up that broke the game, the simple solution was to sign out and back into their account. You can do this by performing the following actions: 

Click the Gear icon in Roblox
Refresh the browser
Log in again
Click on the Game tab and try to launch a game

This method will only work if you are running Windows 10. Installing Roblox on your computer is a way to bypass the error code. Go to the Roblox website and hit the Get button
You may also open the Windows Store and search for Roblox
Once the download has completed, press the play button to launch
Sign in with your login credentials
Navigate to Game and launch any mode

Method 5: Refresh DNS and IP Configurations

It has been reported by many users that refreshing their IP and DNS configurations solved the issue and they no longer saw Error Code: 610. Here’s how to flush your saved DNS addresses and hopefully get back to playing Roblox games: 

Click on Win + R to open the Run box
Enter cmd in the box
Right-click and run as administrator
Once in the command prompt, enter ipconfig /flushdns (there should be a space before the forward slash)
Once the connection is restored, close command prompt and restart your browser
Run Roblox again to see if the issue is gone
