For Windows 10 users, follow these two steps to uninstall a program.

Type ‘Control Panel’ into the search box and click on the result.
Click ‘Uninstall a program’ and select the program you wish to uninstall.

5. Install Update Rollup 2919394 (Windows 8.1 only)

This troubleshooting method applies only to Windows 8.1 users who browse Netflix in Internet Explorer. Microsoft support has indicated that installing update rollup 2919394 will resolve the issue for such users.

6. Restart your computer
