Why Does YouTube Keep Signing Me Out?

This is a simple method that you can do from every device you are using.
For iOs
Locate your settings app
Click on general
Choose storage
Click YouTube
Delete and reinstall the app within the app store
For Android
Navigate to settings
Find apps
Click see all apps
Go to storage and cache
Clear the cache
For Fire TV
- Find your settings
Navigate to settings
Click on manage installed applications
