You can follow this process:

 Solution 4 – Run the DISM Tool

Here are steps on how to run the DISM tool:

Step 1: Input ‘cmd’ in the Windows search box, right-click your result, and select ‘Run as administrator.’
Step 2: Fill in the following DISM command to fix corrupted system files and press Enter.

Solution 5 – Perform a Clean Boot

You can follow these steps to perform a clean boot on your Windows:

Step 1: Hold the Win+ R keys on the keyboard, and then your Run dialog box would appear.
Step 2: Input ‘msconfig’ and select Enter. 
Step 3: Navigate to the Services tab. There, you should find ‘Hide All Microsoft Services’ and click on Disable All.
Step 4: Find the Startup tab and click on Disable All.
Step 5: Here, select each task and click Disable one after another.
Step 6: Then, reboot your computer.

Solution 6 – Re-install Windows 10 to the Latest Version
